Methods
LASIK: Flap + excimer laser. Back to normal in 24h. Up to -10 myopia.
SMILE: 4 mm incision, lenticule removed. Lower dry-eye risk. Up to -10 myopia, -3 astigmatism.
PRK: No flap, epithelium removed. Recovery 3-7 days but equivalent long-term result. Ideal for athletes/military.
